Angelica root also contains antimicrobial properties which have shown to eliminate bacteria like Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli (14).

3. Improve Postmenopausal health

Effects of these nutrients are applicable in the post menopausal period as well! Certain animal studies have shown that cranberries may support postmenopausal health!(15). Chaste berries hormone balancing effects have shown to improve menopausal symptoms in  most women such as better sleep; lesser night sweats, hot flashes and better mood.
