02. Can't all my dietary goals be met through food?

Wherever possible , optimize on diet to meet your nutrition goals. When you need more , think of supplementation. Our products are formulated using active nutrients from nature that are not usually found in kitchens and food. This ensures you focus on having a healthy and diverse diet and supplement with products that you can’t incorporate into your diets.

03. Does taking supplements replace the need for a varied and balanced diet?

No. In fact we always recommend a balanced diet and a holistic approach. Once you purchase our product we will provide a diet plan for your area of concern to help you get the fastest results.

04. What is the science behind these supplements?

Numerous studies have been done across each of our product areas. See The Science section for detailed research for how these vitamins impact the human body. We have just included a small set of research from some of the most reputable science journals in the world.

05. How are the ingredients selected/ chosen?

Our research and development team vets and tests all ingredients to ensure they meet rigorous quality, health, and safety standards. The origin of each ingredient and how they interact is important to us because it directly influences potency, bioavailability, and efficacy. 06. Can I take supplements on my own, without a doctor’s prescription?

We exist outside the pharmaceutical complex, yet work alongside the world’s leading scientists and clinicians to provide the research and evidence that people deserve. If you do wish to consult our team we are happy to put you in touch with one of our nutritionists or medical professionals that stand behind our company.

07. Why did you choose to make vitamins as gummies?

There are two really good reasons for that. One – gummies are proven to support better absorption of nutrients by the body, as against pills or powders. Two – if you are one of those people who don’t prefer swallowing pills , or can’t keep up with making healthy smoothies every day, you don’t have to miss out on daily nutrition. These delicious gummies help you stay regular and get results.

08. How can I tell whether I’m getting a good quality supplement?

There are a few ways in which you can determine the quality of a product. First, is the supplement being manufactured in certified state of the art facility. Second, are natural ingredients being used to the extent possible. Third, are the supplements being independently tested. Superhuman ensures all three plus more!

Dietary supplements fall under the regulation of the FSSAI. Apart from being approved by the same, our products are made in manufacturing plants that are WHO-GMP certified, ISO compliant and US FDA approved.

02. Are your products Vegan/ Vegetarian?

Yes. In fact, we are a 100% vegan brand.

03. Who can use the Superhuman gummies? What age group?

Some of our products are meant for both adults and kids while most of our products are meant for those older than 12 years old. Check each product page for the recomendation.

04. Where do you manufacture your products?

Our products are manufactured in partner facilities in India complying with international standards of GMP. Our partner facilities are US FDA compliant and are regularly audited by industry experts.

05. How many gummies do I take at once?

Typically, adults are recomended to take two gummies per day. Please check each product specific page for more information.

06. Can I take a combination of gummies?

Yes, absolutely! We have created Superhuman as a complete system of products to help you address your daily needs and achieve your personal health goals.

07. What certifications do your products have?

We have a number of certifications including: FSSAI, ISO: 9001:2015 and 22001, WHO GMP, and FDA Compliant.

Our research team is based in India, the United States, and the United Kingdom. We do our research in consultation with our medical advisory board.

10. Do these gummies have sugar in them?

Some of our products have a small amount of sugar in them to ensure the best taste for our customers.

11. Do you use Gelatin in your Gummies ?

We are a vegan brand and all our products are gelatin-free.

12. Should I refrigerate my Gummies?

No, refrigeration can cause your gummies to shrink and harden.

13. Can Superhuman products be given to my kids?

Yes, some of our products can be given to kids in smaller quantities. Please check the product pages for more information.

14. What products can I take if I am pregnant or breast-feeding?

We recommend speaking with your doctor prior to taking any dietary supplements during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

15. Are Superhuman gummies FSSAI and FDA approved?

Our products are made in manufacturing plants that are WHO-GMP certified, ISO compliant and US FDA approved. All claims on our products are approved by FSSAI.

16. Will having these gummies bring upon any side effects?

Most of our products do not have any side effects apart from the effect that they are designed to give. For example if you take our melatonin gummies, they will put you to sleep :)

17. Should I eat the gummies before a meal or after?

You can take our Gummies with or without food, although, for best absorption we recommend taking with food.

18. Are Gummies made in an allergen-free facility?

Yes! Our gummies are made in a state-of-the-art, allergen-free facility.

19. What is the shelf life of these gummies?

Each product has its own shelf life based on our stability testing for active ingredients. Please refer to the label for the specific product.

20. I have food allergies, can I still take gummies?

Shipping & Delivery

01. Where do you ship and how?

We ship across India and some select international destinations through a number of logistics partners.

02. Where do you ship from?

We have logistics facilities in Mumbai and Calcutta.

03. How long does shipping take?

We typically give orders 5-7of business days to reach you. Note that this is after ~24 hours for order processing from the time you place your order.

04. How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed, tracking information will be shared on your e-mail. You can also find more info on your account page.

ORDERS & Returns

01. My order never arrived.

Not to worry though. We'll never leave you empty-handed, even if your order is lost in the post completely. Please email us at hello@besuperhuman.co or contact us through WhatsApp with your order details and we will work with you to find a solution.

02. Can I order just one month?

Yes, definitely! We want our customers to be able to try out our product first before truly becoming Superhumans!

03. Where can I buy Superhuman products?

Currently you can buy our products on our wesbite (besuperhuman.co) and on select platforms including Amazon.

04. Do I need an account to sign up?

No, but creating account will allow easier management of orders and tracking of your health goals!

05. How do I create an account?

It's simple. Start by entering some basic information and following directions on the screen. You will also have the option to go through an online consultation that will help guide you.

06. How to cancel or change my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at hello@besuperhuman.co or contact us through WhatsApp. We will try to make any changes to your order, but a revision is not guaranteed depending on if fulfillment has started.

07. How do I make a bulk purchase?

We are happy to cater to large and corporate orders. In fact, we even offer special packaging for such orders. Please reach out to us at hello@besuperhuman.co or contact us through WhatsApp.

08. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Net banking and UPI. We do not store or have access to the card information in your account.

09. I have an issue at check out, what do i do?

So sorry about that! This can happen for a variety of reasons, and the best thing to try first is to check out from a different browser or device. 10. What to do if my payment is declined but my money is debited

If your payment didn’t go through but money is debited, it will get refunded to your account in 3-5 business days. If it does not, please write to us at hello@besuperhuman.co

You can! Click any question listed in your Profile to edit the answer. If your recommendations change based on any changed answers, they’ll be automatically updated under the "Recommended for You" section.

05. Is there a way to retake the entire quiz?

Yep! Click the Retake the quiz button on your Profile. You’ll be guided through the original quiz again and new recommendations will appear when you’re all done.
