As per the original order, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com. Kindly attach images & video to support your case within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Upon inspection, you will receive a confirmation email from our side on the next steps.
There are two ways we could help you.
We can either replace the product or reimburse the amount. Kindly share your order number and the reason for return/replacement to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the replacement item is not available, we will try to give you the best possible alternative. In case of reimbursement, the same shall be processed within 14 days of cancellation/refund, for which you will not have to bear any charges.
Without our confirmation, we shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement.
