Returns:

In case you have received any of the below

a). A faulty product 

b). A damaged product (during transit)

c). A missing product

d). Incorrect product 


As per the original order, please feel free to contact us at hello@besuperhuman.co. Kindly attach images & video to support your case within 24 hours of receiving the product. 

Upon inspection, you will receive a confirmation email from our side on the next steps




Refunds:


There are two ways we could help you. 


We can either replace the product or reimburse the amount. Kindly share your order number and the reason for return/replacement to hello@besuperhuman.co. If the replacement item is not available, we will try to give you the best possible alternative. In case of reimbursement, the same shall be processed within 14 days of cancellation/refund, for which you will not have to bear any charges. 

Without our confirmation, we shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement.
